📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate roll plate machines and laser cutting equipment to shape and cut steel plates with precision.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and maintain high standards of quality.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
- Adhere to quality control measures to ensure compliance with international standards.
- Provide technical support and training to junior operators when needed.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in the steel industry.
- Proficient in operating roll plate machines and laser cutting equipment.
- Knowledge of steel production processes and quality control measures.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and industrial machinery maintenance.
- Ability to work in a team and meet production targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid certification in machine operation and safety (preferred).
