📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Store Manager in implementing and monitoring retail operations.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.

• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Dynamics to manage and analyze sales data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a managerial role.
