📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Gather and analyze user data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and prioritize product requirements based on data insights.
  • Create and maintain product analytics dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and user metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes on user behavior and business outcomes.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and influence product strategy and roadmap.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product analytics.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in developing their data analysis skills and knowledge.
  • Continuously improve analytical processes and methodologies to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of data analysis.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools and programming languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
