As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our production processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality. In this role, you will work closely with our production teams to implement lean manufacturing principles, streamline operations, and improve overall productivity. You will also be responsible for conducting process analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency. With your expertise in industrial engineering, you will help GAMA Foods maintain its competitive edge in the market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement in our poultry production processes.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and solve operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Provide training and mentorship to production teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on manufacturing or production processes.
• Proven experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).
• Proficiency in using industrial engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, or a related quality management program is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
