📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address skill gaps within the workforce.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys and feedback mechanisms.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant training regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the publishing or educational sector.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and industry-standard tools like Microsoft Teams and Moodle.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD Certified Professional) is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
