📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on coconut processing machinery.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption to enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement eco-friendly practices and technologies to reduce environmental impact.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of processing facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly to maintain production targets.
• Conduct training and mentoring for junior engineers and technicians.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the manufacturing or processing industry.
• Certification in energy efficiency or sustainable practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of coconut processing equipment and machinery is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various sites in Lampung Selatan.
