📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate daily activities and monitor progress using tools like Procore and MS Project.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety inspections and providing training as needed.
• Manage and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and challenges.
• Conduct quality control checks and inspections to ensure projects meet the required standards.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, with a proven track record in managing construction projects.
• Certification in Construction Safety and Health (CSH) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficient in using construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to travel as needed.
