📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello to streamline project management processes.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and ensure transparency.
