📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their construction needs and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Leverage project management software such as Procore and Microsoft Project to track project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project status and milestones.
• Collaborate with the sales team to secure new projects and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct site inspections to assess project conditions and ensure quality standards are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Autodesk AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively consult with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Construction Management (CM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with the construction industry in Palembang and South Sumatra is a significant advantage.
