📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational managers and supervisors.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the mining or manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related methodology is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
