📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
• Implement and monitor branch performance metrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct regular staff training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to drive operational improvements and innovation.
• Monitor and manage branch budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and operational procedures.
• Proven experience in managing a team and driving operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with banking software and systems, such as Core Banking Solutions, CRM systems, and financial reporting tools.
