📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain food packaging machines and equipment to ensure efficient and hygienic packaging processes.
• Inspect incoming food products for quality and safety before packaging.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and food safety regulations to maintain compliance.
• Monitor packaging lines for potential issues and address them promptly to prevent production delays.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of packaging equipment to ensure food safety.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that packaged products meet quality standards.
• Participate in shift-based work schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food packaging operations or a related field.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Basic knowledge of food packaging machinery and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.
