📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate 3D models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Prepare and develop scaled engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams, using tools like AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure project requirements are met and designs are feasible.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input to improve project outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in architectural modeling.
• Document and maintain project files, ensuring version control and data integrity.
• Provide technical support to junior team members and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural modeling, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Navisworks.
• Certifications in Autodesk Revit or related software are a plus.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to Indonesia.
