📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of employees, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and productivity.,Oversee daily operations, including production, inventory, and quality control.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and maintain a clean and safe work environment.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and any issues.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing and leading teams to achieve high performance and productivity.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and quality control processes.,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
