📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations to ensure smooth daily activities,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members,Perform cash handling duties accurately and securely,Support the store manager in achieving sales targets,Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly store environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with retail operations is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
