📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health center, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the health center.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that they are properly trained and supported.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the health center, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Lead and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a Puskesmas or similar healthcare facility.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Proven track record of success in operational strategy development and implementation.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and evaluate performance.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Experience with healthcare software and systems is a plus.
