📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to drive repeat business and referrals.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage inventory and ensure that products are stocked and displayed according to company standards.,Train and mentor sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and network with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
