📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure the restaurant meets all financial targets and budgets.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
