📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor and maintain operational systems and processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and present operational reports to management.,Handle and resolve operational issues and queries.,Support the implementation of new projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
