CV Dwi Firdaus is seeking a highly experienced Lead QC Inspector to join our team in Ambon. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining exceptional quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the quality control team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures.,Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications and standards.,Identify and document quality issues, and work with the production team to resolve them.,Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.,Train and mentor QC inspectors to ensure they are up-to-date with quality standards and procedures.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
