📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and legal requirements.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance across all HR functions.,Lead and mentor junior HR staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Collaborate with senior management to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
