📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and manage reservations.,Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed.,Provide excellent customer service and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with office software and technology.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and polite demeanor.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
