As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Assist in training and development programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
