PT Cemerlang Galih is seeking a Deputy Purchasing Staff to join our team in Sumedang. We are looking for a professional who can assist in managing our procurement processes and ensure smooth operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to contribute to our company's growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Monitor inventory levels and order materials to maintain optimal stock.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities.,Assist in preparing purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Provide support to the Purchasing Manager in achieving departmental goals.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Good understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.
