📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store,Manage and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor inventory levels and order restocking as needed,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends
