📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Provide information about banking products and services to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Promote a positive and welcoming customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Basic knowledge of banking systems and processes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new banking technologies and processes.
