PT Property Wana is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales for our property development projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.,Present and promote our property developments to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.,Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that all client requirements are met and exceeded.,Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and project management, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.,Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
