Up Easy Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the skills, qualifications, and responsibilities required for each position.,Creating and managing job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates for each role.,Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the selected candidates meet their requirements.,Providing feedback to candidates and maintaining open communication throughout the hiring process.,Assisting with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Sulawesi Selatan.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
