Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to succeed.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with business goals and objectives.,Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.,Create and maintain data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends.,Conduct regular data quality checks and ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data.,Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL, Python, or R.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of data analysts.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.🛠️ Keahlian
