Join BYD Automotive as a Cybersecurity & Compliance Officer and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our charging operations infrastructure. In this dynamic position, you will lead cybersecurity governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage information security for our EV charging stations in Bali.

As part of our team in Canggu, you will be at the forefront of protecting our digital assets and ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements in the rapidly evolving EV industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect BYD's charging infrastructure.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian cybersecurity regulations and international standards such as ISO/IEC 27001.
Manage incident response and crisis management for cybersecurity events.
Provide training and awareness programs to employees on cybersecurity best practices.
Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into our charging station deployments.
Monitor and report on cybersecurity metrics and KPIs to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends in the EV industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on compliance and governance.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly preferred.
Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure and cybersecurity challenges specific to this sector.
Strong understanding of Indonesian cybersecurity regulations and international standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and guide the team.
Proficient in using cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, SOAR, and vulnerability management platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
