📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Oversee staff scheduling and training to maintain high levels of customer service,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstocks,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement,Assist in implementing marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store improvement plans,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus
