Sehati Gilang Cafe & Coffee is looking for an Assistant IT Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for coffee. This role is perfect for someone who wants to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to the growth of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and customers.,Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and networks.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT projects.,Monitor and maintain the security of our IT infrastructure.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and software.,Ensure the smooth operation of our coffee shop's POS system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with networking concepts and technologies.,Experience with POS systems is a plus.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Passion for coffee and the coffee shop industry.
